The Craic
As a traditional guesthouse and bar in the West of Ireland, music is in our blood. There’s nothing we love more than when our guests and visitors relax into an afternoon or evening of the best music, song, dance and good times. That’s what we call great craic – celebrating the spirit of Ireland to make fabulous moments and the best memories.
Live and Kicking
We have great live music in the bar each WEEKEND – EVERY weekend of the year! It turns an evening in the pub into a real event!
Trad Summer
During the summer months we have traditional Irish Music sessions – when the place comes alive with the sound of the fiddle, the tin whistle, the concertina, the magic Uilleann Pipes and haunting Irish voices. Take a seat, relax, join in – you won’t forget it!
Country Style
We bring our own celebration to the legendary Matchmaking Festival that takes place each September in Lisdoonvarna. Our ballroom comes alive every day with a Country Music and Dancing event. Many of Ireland’s top country bands take the stage, with dancing commencing at 12 noon each day and continuing into the small hours. There’s nothing quite like it!
Special Dates for the Diary
We host several special music weekends throughout the year – from a Lisdoonvarna Reunion to Traditional Irish Music Weekends. Whatever the time of year, there’s lots to look forward to!
